A trip to the Pittsburgh Zoo

We Loved the polar bears!
What a pretty peacock but he didn't spread his feathers
That is Quinn petting a kangaroo!!!
Reagan loved this play area
Just chillin' on my camel
In front of the Tiger
What a big roar! He was letting us know who was king!
Taking a rest from all the roaring
Quinn loves the elephants
He had a itch that he was trying to reach
Today we decided to go to the Pitt zoo with Jeremy and Mary, we were worried about the weather, but it didn't rain. We LOVED this zoo, it puts the DC zoo to shame, it had a great layout and wonderful animals. It also had several nice play areas, an aquarium (with a huge octopus and the cutest penguins) and a great petting zoo. This wasn't just petting goats though, Quinn actually was able to pet a kangaroo, plus almost a deer.
We were there almost 5 hours but didn't even get to see everything, it was great. We ended up getting season passes since it's just over an hour away. I think we'll go a lot and can't wait to go again!
The girls and I are off to my moms tomorrow and down to NC for a funfilled weekend. We are really looking forward to some warmer weather!

Wow!! What a fabulous looking zoo. Hope we'll be able to visit when we're up there in July!! Wonderful shot of that lion. Hope you and the girls get some warm weather. It's too hot here in Florida and we need some of your rain.
Cute photo of the girls sleeping. Aren't they sweet.
Love and Kisses,
